I’ve been coming to this store for years, which made this experience even more disappointing. After making a purchase, I was subjected to disrespectful and hostile treatment by staff, including being called names and spoken to in a degrading manner. When I attempted to clarify what the issue was, I was made to feel dismissed and less than. Rather than receiving a straightforward explanation, I was left feeling unwelcome in a business I had supported for a long time. I ultimately chose to leave because I refuse to remain in an environment where I’m being disrespected. As I was leaving, another employee approached me and told me to calm down despite having done little to address the behavior that led to the situation in the first place. Customers deserve professionalism and respect, not humiliation. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Beware if you expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
